Richards Patent Law Attends Listening Party for Specimen Products’ Unique Horn Speaker Design

On December 3, I attended a listening party for Specimen Products’ most exciting new patent pending design, the Little Horn SpeakersSpecimen Products is a local Chicago musical instrument and amplifier workshop and school run by artist and luthier Ian Schneller.  The event was held in Specimens’ Chicago workshop.  A silent auction was held for a one of a kind pair of Little Horns that had been custom painted by Chicago artist Rob Funderburk with the proceeds benefiting Rock for Kids, a Chicago based non-profit organization for providing musical resources to underprivileged children.

The Little Horn Speakers continue to generate more news and publicity for Specimen Products by recently being listed as one of The Year’s Sharpest Products in the Play section of I.D. Magazine’s review of the year’s most notable products and appearing alongside Peter Travers and Nikki Reed in a video interview published at RollingStone.com.  Additional news regarding the Little Horns can be found on Specimens’ news page.

The listening party was a lot of fun and the new speakers sound as amazing as they look.  Thank you Specimen for inviting me to your listening party and congratulations on your creative design.  I hope the Little Horns are a runaway success!
