If you are interested in discussing a specific issue, please provide a brief description of the subject matter involved. For example, if you have an invention you would like to patent, please send me a sentence or two describing the type of invention so I can confirm that working with you will not create a conflict of interest with my existing clients. After I review for conflicts, I will follow up with you to set up a time to discuss your matters or help direct you to another IP attorney that may be a more appropriate fit.

Please note that no attorney client relationship is formed using this form and the information provided will be treated as non-confidential. Once I confirm that I do not have any conflicts for your matter, I can then accept further information on a confidential basis.
